The Plustek OpticBook 3900 is Plustek´s entry level book scanner and features Plustek´s patent pending SEE™ (Shadow Elimination Element) Technology. SEE™ technology enables any book or magazine to be scanned without the dark areas or shadows around the spine area of the book commonly found when books are scanned with traditional flatbed scanners.
